How it works:
Those who are seeking references, the reference requester, should submit a reference request, which will get automatically posted to our database below as a bounty (i.e. how much you're willing to pay for the reference). Those who are seeking to provide references, the reference provider, to the bounties listed should submit their info to claim the bounty.
All reference providers will be forwarded to the reference requester, who will then approve the submissions. We'll connect the approved providers with the requester shortly after, and funds are paid out peer to peer.
